For replacement or refund, please read the following:

• Please contact us for a Return Authority Number

• All goods must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt

• Refund of goods purchased only and will exclude any freight, postal and insurance charges. However we will pay standard freight charges for replacement product sent to you.

• If return is for Money Back, then any free gifts must be returned, or the cost of the gifts will be deducted from the refund due. 

• Returned products must be in condition received and must not be used or played on

• Customer to organise return of goods, and return postal charges are at customer's expense.

• Guarantee does not apply to Carrom Boards sold as 'Exhibition and Display Stock'.
